Somebody better tell those Bama bass to hide tomorrow!!!

Start my trip tonight at 1130 PM. Going to fishing Heaven or at least the last 4 times it has been it A farm in emelle Al.. It used to be fished regularly but the guy has it for sale for A cool 15 million and has not been running trips. 1 person has fished it in the last year. Last time we were there 180 in one day from 6am to 12PM in 117 real feel. Last spring trip there A 10# and countless 7-8#s started out weighting 4LBs quit doing that in the first hour. It was like ow just another 4. My luck we get down there and the lake turned over and there has been A fish kill, but im excited to say the least!!! we went to another farm 2X last year neighbors to the farm we are going to this year 400 fish in 5 days which wasnt bad lots of smalls hurt elbow from hook sets that I never complained about. The entire time we were there we were thinking about 3 miles down the road.

Never went to that one. We tried he was booked up. We went to triple D last year its bring your own boat and has some trailers to stay in. I will say last fall the lake turned over and it was tough. We caught some decent fish but only 35 in 3 or 4 days one was 9#. The guy at dream lake turned us on to another place down there call kings. Guy told us the lake was only .25 mile off the road no problem bringing A boat down his road. Longest .25 ive ever drove had 3 bridges that were made out of telephone poles. While we were there huge storm washed one out. long story short my boat fell off the bridge on the way out eventually caused A leaf spring failure bent wheel wheel thank god it didnt go completely over. The 1st fish there was A 5.5 then the next 60 fish in 2.5 days all under 1lb. 1 guy did catch A 11.5 out of the same lake I caught the 5.5#. It had way too many tiny fish I think the lake need some serious culling to get the little fish out. The place I am going is like Dream but imagine being the only person getting to fish one of those ponds.

I've fished Dream Lake twice. That place is first class!! Beautiful lodge, awesome food and both lakes are loaded with bass.

I've heard of Triple D. It has alot of different size lakes I think. Dream lake only has two but one of them is about 50 acres and the other one is about 80 acres. The biggest buck that I've ever seen in my life stood on a little hill and watched us for about 15 minutes as we pulled 5 pounders out of flooded timber.

I have to say Mrs Vickie and Dee have a really nice place down there at DDD ranch. They are very accommodating. The fishing can even be tough when you are looking at A school of 60 fish in A puddle of FFS. If there is no oxygen they dont care if you smack them with A bait. When its on tho they will swallow A magdraft to the butthole. Post on facebook they already catching 100 A day bank fishing. It has like 10 fishable lakes now when we started going there was only like 5 or 6. The new ones are the ones that will surprise you with the 10#+ fish. once those Florida strain genes get crossed they dont grow as big.

That's cheap. There's places in Texas that charge $1,500/day, but you have a guide. Camelot Bell comes to mind....

Well someone must of relayed the message they hid well on day one. They had A hell of A storm the day before we got there and it muddied up the best pond. Started there first fish was A 7# only caught 5 fish day one. Boy did I regret this post after day 1. It picked up the rest of the trip 50 on day 2 with some 4 and 5s. Day 3 150 and just A bite on almost every cast biggest was 6# but absolute fun. day 4 started on A different pond we had not even planed on fishing caught 50 and moved back to the big fish lake by noon only caught 5 more from it. Had A blast I think the sale of the property is on the cusp and this may have been our last trip here. We were what i am thinking 1 week early on the big girl bite.

Yeah I have saw that place and if I hit the lottery I may try it. This place I am going to has some fault to it. They have 17 foot carolina skiffs that have been been punished. Some have horrible seats that are not usable, some the trolling motors dont work well. The 3rd day I had to run A 17 foot carolina skiff with A hand trolling 35# motor. It was the best fishing we had 150 fish that day but my back still hurts from fighting that motor all day.
