The one Hymas had over the tunnel was pretty bad also.
not sure if he got hurt or not though.

Been a few weeks...been a little quiet.
Birmingham was a great race! That track looked amaing!!! Hatcreek...did you make it to the race this year?
Anyone watch last night? I can't not say that Deegan is a total POS. From his "arrest" this week to his slapping of Juju....come on man. Stay classy Deegan. I can't wait to so him step up to the 450s. I'm also gonna say that RC swings from pap Deegans weeny....in his eyea...this kid can do no wrong. Questioning RCs ethics at this point.
450s were amazing...great ride from Webb. He earned that one. This stretch is supposed to be #4 strength. I feel that's going to be tested this year!!
That was probably the best race of the season. Webb is really good on these rutted tracks and with the next 4 going to be similar it’s going to make it hard for sexton. I don’t mind deegan. I think the rivalry makes it more exciting. I don’t see anything wrong with his pass. You can’t leave the door open there. Juju grabbed his helmet first during the argument. Gonna make the next races more exciting.
Sounds like both Deegan and JuJu got fined.
I personally have lost a lot of respect for Deegan.
The kid has a ton of talent and a hell of a work ethic for what he is doing.
Hes just a cocky spoiled rich kid that has the same cocky attitude.
That last pass he did I didn't care for and I thought it was a bit dirty. But JuJu could have also made it a bit better by going wide out of that turn like what Cooper Webb did as Chase tried the same type of pass at the end of the 450 main and it didn't work.
There a lot of the riders that have way more success but are actually humble and have some class.
Those are the ones that I would route for just me personally.
Take AP. guy has some 250 championships. But nothing in the 450 class. Has a few wins in the 450 class. And listen to the crowd when he gets on the podium.
Same with Tomac and many others.
Those are the guys I like to see up there.
Mike... Nope, I didn't make Birmingham this year; had a scheduling conflict with a baseball weekend.
Enjoyed the triple-crown event, though... Chase finally got back on track, and it was great to see Malcolm and AP on the podium.
Absolutely hate what happened to Anstie in qualifying... man, he's been running so well and then bam!!! done. Seth really should've had another overall, 'cept for that disastrous 1st race. Happy for Thrasher getting the win... he was consistent which is what it takes over three motos. R.J. sure seemed like something was heavy on his mind post-race... I know he lost his dad recently; that could very well have been it.
As for Seattle... what a challenging track! Those ruts (I hated riding ruts) were cavernous!
Stoked to see Davies get his first one in 250s! I believe he's gonna get plenty more in his career. Really happy for Marchbanks, too... great ride by him. As for Deegan... such a tool (I did think his 'prison-stripe' kit was kinda funny, though); enjoyed his stumbles and hated to see him get past Beaumer, but knew that move was coming. When he goes 450s, he won't get away with much of the crap he's pulling now.
In 450s, Webb has certainly positioned himself as the guy to beat. Chase is keeping him honest, and it'll be an interesting run to the finish. Webb's teammate, JC, was sure having a good evening as well... I hated to see him drop it and lose those spots in the final. Really happy for another podium for AP... he's gonna snag one before it's over. Whatever 'family emergency' pulled Anderson out of the event, I hope everything's okay there.
On to Foxborough![]()

IM trying to talk the wife into going to the SMX final in St Louis since its an hour from us.
Haven't quite convinced her yet though.![]()
Like him or not it makes it more fun to watch.
Catching up on a little news, it looks like Jason Anderson is out for the remainer of the SX season; health issues (possibly with his young daughter, but most likely his own) have been cited. Whatever the reason, wish he and his family the best.
So, that leaves no 450 on track for Monster Energy Kawasaki as Prado won't be back until outdoors.
Speaking of outdoors, looks like that's when the Lawrence brothers will make their return. Honda HRC has signed Dean Wilson to ride the remainder of the 450 SX events.
Foxborough tomorrow night looks like it could be a cold and nasty event... rain, with temps in the 40s. On-track activities cancelled for today and the Dirt Wurx crew is making changes to the track in anticipation of the conditions.
Given the expected weather, I'm gonna go with a couple of proven mudders for respective class wins:
Vialle (though I hope he doesn't) in 250s and AP in the big bores.
Who ya got?

In a mudder it’s up for grabs. Anyone could win
In a mudder AP will be up there, Web can ride in the mud, and Sexton has won in the mud as well. I think it will be won by who can take care of their equipment the best. I'm not really sure on the 250 class.
Meant to talk about KTM as well... lots of questions/rumors regarding their future in SX/MX. At present, only Beaumer has extended his contract with them.
And being under the Pierer Mobility umbrella, does any of this affect GASGAS & Husqvarna?
Ducati coming in just throws another wrench in the mix; how many seats might be available there?
Interesting times![]()
