Almost - BLT Food coma possibly?
If professionals who's careers depend on catching fish use FFS then that's what I'm using. Might be too simple of a philosophy but makes sense to me.

I do not think I have ever had leftovers when making BLTs.

Never a leftover using microwave bacon from Costco, make 'em fresh every day. I wished I could have tomatoes and lettuce from the garden at the same time. Ain't happening. Lettuce is getting ready to eat now and will be producing till it gets hot. By the time I have tomatoes the summer heat is here which turns the lettuce bitter.

Our favorite place has a BST that is very good. Bacon, Spinach, Tomato. I did not think so either until I had one. On home made bread/toast.

Fresh spinach is my go to on a bacon sandwich and I'll suggest something else that some people may have not of tried. Instead of mayo I'll use fresh sliced avacado....toasted white bread, slice avocado, tomato, spinach and bacon. I do meal prep and often times my breakfast meal perp involves cooking a 24oz pack of bacon. The next few mornings I have a BST with 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
