I did all that 3 years ago. Lost 70 lbs in 8 months. Still off . No exercise. You don't get fat by not exercising. You get fat by putting crap into your body. Actually insulin spikes causing insulin resistance is what makes you fat. I eat all the steak , bacon,pork, chicken I want. Don't gain an ounce. 90 percent of what dieticians tell you is false and antiquated info.
