Wow, I had to watch this several times to understand what happened. Most likely distracted driving and not looking at where they are going, just like many of the highway accidents of today. Just yesterday a local driver died when he drifted across into the lane of oncoming traffic on a commonly used two lane county road and hit a car head on.
