Ultrex I pilot remote won’t turn right

Hey all,

my ultrex I pilot Bluetooth remote won’t turn the tm head right. It does everything else it should. Except turn right. I recalibrated it, etc. batteries read they still have plenty of juice in them. Has anyone else had a problem with this? There hasn’t been any other problems with my trolling motor at all besides the remote that won’t turn right.

I assume the pedal works correctly and turns the motor to the right

My first thought is find someone with the same remote and pair it to your motor and see if it works correctly as it only takes a couple minutes to find out

They don’t sell parts for the remote so your only option is buying a new remote
