Megabass S Crank 1.5 in mat shad

It has an unique action and profile as well as being built like a tank.

Xcite XB-1 has been a great SB for me and it's pretty much taken over my crankbait box! Runs true out of the package, comes thru cover well, great hooks and it gets bit! They're priced well and have some great colors...what's not to like?!?

    Hard cover...hmmm.
I like cheap and available, like the KVD 1.5 which can be gotten at your local Wallyworld for less than $7.00.
I also love the Spro Little John but they're about $5.00 each more.

I like the brat. It runs a fair bit shallower than the KVD 1.5's and Rapala roco's I throw. Late summer when my local spot has been drained you can't run the others too well and the brat performs better in that 2-3' of water. Also the old bandit 100 is a good one. Certainly harder to throw but it is a fish catcher.

Also I picked up one of the new bass pro XPS squarebills. Have not thrown it yet but It seems to be a good lure for the price.

I like OG-Rocco. It comes off stumps and rock very nice. I've also liked the KVD 1.5s. Caught a lot of bass off those two.

I use more balsa baits than anything. Use John Hott and Cliff Paces baits quite a bit.

Plastic baby 1-, strkie kings 1xs, storm sub wart, and old bandit footloose get used a bunch in the spring. Have some old h20's that I like as well. Have some lucky craft's that catch fish.

No longer made but it was a Bass Pro Shop flat sided coffin bill. The plastic one. It would dive to 5 ft. I had a very unique way of fishing it around timber and could be fished in less than a foot of water. Second would be a dt3 fat.

I’m a Bomber fan but I always like the Mann’s 4 minus and 8 for square bills.
