    Always a good feeling when that job's done....

    Cleaned the carpet last weekend and this weekend polished and spray ceramic coated the ole floater. I tell ya, as I get older this job gets harder but it sure feels good to have it done. My work is likely the reason we got ~2" of snow this morning Thank god for a heated garage.




    I did a light buff using Meguiars Ultra Finishing Polish on a DA polisher followed by an alcohol/water wipe down. The coated it with 2 coats of ceramic spray 24 hours apart. I'm a big fan of the Turtle Wax spray ceramic coating and have used it on the boat and our vehicles for 3-4 years now. Its readily available, produces a terrific shine and protection, and is cost effective. Some touch ups with their ceramic detail spray throughout the year keeps it looking great.

    All that's left now is to put some gas in it and get it wet.

    My boat is ready though I started my spring ritual yesterday of making time for the boat…..getting the yard in shape. I was cutting in edges in my mulch beds, trimming bushes and turning mulch so I can get fresh stuff soon. YES, it gets harder as we age!! Not the act of doing it, just the aches after. :(

    LOL....yeah the mower deck got it as well. I got a new X738 around Christmas and I ceramic coated the tractor, deck and snowblower. Its a sickness I tell you....and my wife would agree
