I am a new Skeeter owner. My passenger seat headrest cover is coming off. I know there is Velcro underneath but for the life of me I cannot get my hands in there. Is there a way to remove the whole headrest? Any help is appreciated.

Take the middle part of the seat (back rest) part off. It is held in with velcro. It is stuck pretty good. Underneath there are poles that a screwed down to hold the headrest in place.
