I've emailed Croxton but no answer, has anyone here had any luck lately getting a reply by email? I'm swedish so text is better and easier.

i never got a reply from an email but have called and talked to mark and his wife many times. still took some work to get ahold of them by phone. usually 10-11 am est worked for me but have also gotten a call from the mrs. about 3pm est before

Same for me, emailed and never received a response. His website is a bit unclear on whether you ship props there or to FL. Finally, gave up and shipped to a Texas guy that is supposed to be good.

If he sent it to Steve’s Prop Shop (Josh) @ Lake fork, the prop will be exceptional. These guys do as good as any in the country.

Mine arrived there last Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them. I hope it turns out well.

Yes, it was Josh. He’s trying to change the name of the business, but all of us will call it Steve’s props forever. Balance & blueprint is $230 or something like that.

I think my last one had those air filled bags, definitely wasn’t peanuts or mounted to a plate. Pretty sure it was a prop box though.

I sent him a Razor to modify years ago and when I got it back to sweden the box had a hole in one side, the peanuts and prop had moved around so the prop was sitting in one corner. Not impressed...but luckily there was no damage. Sounds like I dont need to worry about that. I will try and call. Thanks!
