My two units did not do anything strange after I downloaded a second time and copied. Worked as it should. Will try out once the tornadoes and hail decide to leave the area.
I was on the water today after I updated both Pro’s and AT2. No issues or messages today. I can see a lot of improvement on the AT screen. Impressive with the separation of objects and I must say, scout mode is a HUGE improvement. I could see my Senko in forward mode out to 50’ easily.

Updated my dural AT2 Live12 and Pro16 with no issues it finished the updated in red and that was it. Went out today. Major improvement in tree detail. They upped the sensitivity I usually run it at 94% and could only get up to 88-89% When I ran my forward on Auto instead of Forward the image just popped They must of corrected many items in the Auto much better than in forward. Cleared the screen of the snow and the image was very clear This was on a muddy lake after big rain last week. While some having install issues I am sure that will be fixed soon not everyone has those issue. Can't wait to try the Dual Wide with the scout improvements on the aspect ratio.
I updated mine today and the aspect ratio of the active target split screen stayed the same. (Still blank on the sides like before your update in the video. I’m using HDS lives and confirmed the updates went throug. Any idea?
What version firmware do they show? Mine shows 25.1 which is the update just released but my Live screen is like yours. Maybe the full screen is only on the Pro’s?
25.1 on my live. Just did the update a bit ago. Just re-read the lowrance release information and it says it’s only for the pro units and the elite

Do we need to update our hds pro unit or can we just update our at2 to get the improvements on the at2?
You need to update all units, all AT boxes, 3D StructureScan box, and S3100. Anything for which update 25.1 is released for, should be updated. If all your equipment is not on the same software update you will have communications problems.

I see they updated it for the SS3D box as well... I wonder if they actually changed anything or if they just bumped up the version numbers to match. Seems a bunch of us SS3D users are still using the 18.x version over the (previously) current version of 22.1 due to superier range of the older firmware.
Eh, maybe I'll try it this weekend...
Marc, per your understanding of this update, and your understandable emphasis on having all units on same SW revision, is there any update or comments regarding Ghost and its connection to SW revs as I see the release notes offer some new depth tracking route capability? Are there any requirements to this update for Ghost and connected MFD?
One other question for those that already made this update install: did all of your custom created pages, overlays, depth shading, softkey programming, etc. stay put with the new version? Any reported shifts of this type stuff that was your customized set up?
No ghost update to use 25.1 at least at this time. The release notes are ambiguous whether the contour follow feature applies to the Ghost as well as the Recon, but since it says trolling motors (plural) I am hopeful it applies to the Ghost as well. Won't know until I get out on the water and try it.
