Raptor issue - going down when there is no power

During storage one of my two Raptor shallow water anchors is going down. This takes awhile but it does happen to just one of the two poles. Any suggestions on what I should check so this doesn't get worse? I checked the hydraulic lines and don't see any noticable leaks, but don't know what else to check. Thanks for your suggestions if you have any?IMG_4817.jpg This is a pic after I moved the right power back to storage position.

Put a strap around the stake and arm that will keep it/ them closed.

if no leaks, then a check valve or solenoid in system might be leaking off--always using a velcro strap wise also.

These are the Velcro straps I use on my Raptors very affordable at 7 dollars and work perfect.
