Water levels on Jordan

Damn that water camp up going on 6’ with less than 2” of rain. Then I also heard Jordan dam has NO water running below Jordan from someone who was there today. He said he’s never seen it that low below the dam. That was at 7:15am. He said he spoke to the wildlife today at 64 bridge and they said they are wanting to keep the water levels above 218 for the spawn. I’ve never ever heard of the Army corps EVER caring about the spawn on any lakes. Is this true to any of you’lls knowledge?

That would be nice if they actually did that. With the upcoming weather I’d think they would have to release water soon. Gonna be awhile before the water warms up….saw a low of 11 one night next week.

Yea it’s going to be cold this upcoming week. But a week from today it starts to warm and we are only suppose to get 1-2” of rain this week starting tonight. The snow is what I’m watching. But it’s going to get much colder the next few days. We do need a drastic cold front to kill a few million shad. That needs to happen but idt the water temps will get in the 30’s. But if so, oh boy this spring cranking, jerk bait and A rig could be at a different level all together.

I went out to Ebenezer yesterday morning, the boat docks were half submerged. No way to safely launch.

I am on call for federal jury duty for 4 more weeks, first 2 weeks didn’t have to report. The Sunday I get instructed the fish will be busting.
