    shelf life of some evinrude products

    I have always used 2+4, fuel system cleaner. gear oil, and XD100. The other day I ordered and received some 2+4 and fuel systems cleaner from Leaders RPM and it looked like the the OEM containers were a bit yellowed. That got me to wondering if these products are no longer being produced. I wonder if these products are old stock. Do they have a shelf life and if so, should I change to similar. non-evinrude products that are currently being produced by another manufacturer.

    I'm needing to restock my XD100 and I don't know if I should order that, assuming I can find it, or should I get something else.

    No shelf life on those products. Ok to use them.

    amsoil makes a great xd100 alternative also

    I've bought XD100 from Leaders RPM and it's been in the new jugs. WalMart sells XD100 in the store for $55 a gallon.
