i need help with my fish finder. when i run my hook reveal triple 9 and my hook reveal downscan 5 at the same time the triple 9 will not function right. the frame freezes up or slows down or shows wrong depth or no depth at all. can anyone help

Maybe try a hard reset.
Does it work if you turn off the other unit?
did a reset already and no it works fine with the other unit off.
What is the supply-voltage on both units?
you are using different frequencies?
