    Heddon One Knocker Color Identification

I don't think this bait is collectible or an antique, I'm just curious if anyone knows the color? It's patterned like okie shad, but without the chartreuse etc. I like one knocker spooks, so plan to put some new hardware on it and see how she does.Screenshot_20250131_203618_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20250131_203609_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20250131_203550_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20250131_203633_eBay.jpg

It looks to me like maybe it was Okie Shad, but floated around in the lake and got bleached by the sun to fade out the chartreuse, do you think that's possible? It sure did make a neat color though that I bet will do well

Yeah I think you're probably right. Initially I thought maybe someone sanded it but the flake is still there. But looking closer I bet the sun took out the chartreuse and pink. I ordered it from eBay so haven't got it in the mail yet, as long as it doesn't take on water it might work well.

Oh yeah if you were afraid of it leaking you could always give it a quick coat of clear, I've done that a few times on similar baits
