I don't fish Degray very often but have some friends that do. I see if I can get any info for ya. When is the tourney?
Hey Kevin if I'm not too late for ya I got some info. Had a buddy fish a club T on Degray this weekend. He said the winners did it swimming a jig over the moss. There was also some fish caught on C-rigged lizards, pumpkin w/chart tail and spinnerbaits. He also said the fish would not touch a jerkbait but that could change fast. The water has come up a lot out there and the cold rain dropped the water temp quite a bit. Hope this helps ya.
Hey Bassjunkie! The tourney was this past Saturday. Winning sack was a tad over 20#. The top 5 all said they caught them on jigs. We caught alot of fish, just couldn't find that big bite. Thanks for the help though!
That was the same day my buddy was out there for his club T. It took just under 14lbs to win it. He said there was a ton of boats out there and all the water was pretty much used by the time he got to it. Sorry I didn't get some info sooner, maybe next time.
