I am mainly inquiring about Cedar but Upper Bear has apparently been missed by me the past few years for big largemouths. I just wondered if any were worth the trip in gas to get down there with it being so hot lately....

your better chances for a big fish there is during the spring right now you can catch them but its way harder. and be careful if you go to ceader learn to run the lake first upper you have to fish the drops and points this time of year
I used to fish Cedar quite a bit I was just more or less wondering how is was fishing right now. Been years though since I was on Big Bear. More or less just looking for an update on the bass fishing. And even the stripe fishing in Cedar if its still worth it or not.

Personal experience from today.............Little Bear absolutely stinks..........water was wayyyy too clear for me to catch any fish. I got a white boat and I think they could see it from the dam as soon as I unloaded at Williams Hollow........
