I have a '98 Ranger 491VS with a tandem axle trailer (also a '98). I was wanting to replace the complete axle assembly with new ones but no one seems to want to provide the axles for Ranger trailers. Everybody I call says "you have to get the axles from the mfg". Since Ranger is now BPS, would they even be able to help me with getting new axles for a 26 year old trailer?

Put this over on the Ranger Forum or on some of the Ranger Owner's Facebook pages. You can get those axles from several places other than Ranger.

You might post in the trailer for him also it’s a common axle. Shouldn’t be that hard to find somebody selling one.
