Got another one for ya Don,
After fishing today, I was trimming the motor up (using the button on the motor) at the ramp to put the motor-toter on, and the trim quit. The three other trim switches were dead as well. Luckily I had the motor all the way up. Turned the key on just to see if it had power and it did.
Here's the problem. I have a tournament this weekend, and was planning on taking the boat to a dealer I trust two hours away after the tournament to fix the other problems, see... http://www.bbcboards.net...proxs
So now I will have to take it to the dealer in town, which I really don't them touching it, but the dealer two hours away is at least a week out before they look at it.
Will they have to hook the computer up to it and check the hours for warranty reasons? If so, I really don't want them to clear the codes because I want the other dealer to see them first. I also don't want to tell them I'm taking it else where after the tournament.
