Looks like a large diesel engine block to me, sitting on some kind of barge or deck.

Nope. They patrol that area pretty good and it was off limits the day we were fishing. Had a pretty good day bass fishing, but just wasn't good on that particular reck. It was more northwest and out past the range. We did come across a bathing beauty along the shore that kept showing off her bright pink bikini. I told my channel partner Jim we should put that in the video for views. She may make the cut when I get around to processing that video.
