You would be better off getting a Hydro Tec 3L Tuner than cutting your can. Gave my R&D 250 XS a 17hp gain. Popit diverter is a good thing, I assume it's a Simon one?
Yes it is a simon diverter. Do I have to do the diverter if I change the tuner?

I have Eric's Poppet Mod. I also have the stock can that is cut. Eric told me this was the better way to go at the time. I don't know what extra I got from the mod, I only know my motor runs like a scalded dog
That is what I am looking for the "Scalded dog". Got one on the way going to try and put it on this weekend

what is this eric's poppet mod you are talking about?? i was told i may need to replace my poppet valve. is this something i need to look into???
