Those are some great looking baits, don't worry about developing your own style it will come automaticaly the more you do.

    Here's some more craws:

And when I was saying about developing a style I guess I referring to doing things other people aren't when possible???? Take my "splatter gill" bluegill pattern for instance:

It is something different but as soon as you see it you know what it represents (guys are going nutzo over this one for sure)

Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

Iwata Eclips! Best investment I have ever made, was using a cheap cheap airbrush and it showed. Be careful when you first start painting because when you mix the paint it sometimes does not come out like it looks in the cup - until layers are built, so have something to test with first like paper so you can see what colors look like sprayed lightly.

Some of the best greens are when you mix blue and yellow, now mind this there are different shades type of yellow and each will give a different look. Want to see an awesome green? Mix pearl copper and deep transparent blue with a drop or two of transparent black to darken. Makes a dark green with blue edges and has a copper sheen!!! Note the gizzard shad above and look close you'll see the coppery sheen!!!! Do not mix too much at one time of any of your paints - YOU WILL WASTE ALOT.. if you do.

Thaks offdtop! My sister got an airbrush kit for xmas...but I forget the brand. Maybe if I get into it I will invest in a nice one. Any specific brand or types of paints that you use (water based, etc?)

Start out with the createx line it is the most forgiving... work up to the wicked line by creatax it is a little harder to use in my opinion but is awesome paint. Make sure to use the thinner recommended.
