odds are you will see the fix if its yours and you dont mind touch it up other wise add another thin coat and it wont be as noticable
This fix is not perfect but works. Put a small dab of mixed epoxy in the center of the dry spot and cover with scotch tape until fully cured. Tape will peel right off.
You can re-apply another coat and it will be fine. It could be fisheye, instead of a dry spot. Any part of the bait containing oils, the epoxy will not stick there. Its very important to clean the lure very well before painting. Try your best not to touch it, once you have cleaned it. Your fingers will leave oils behind, that you cannot see.
