I love using the Terminator titanium spinnerbaits. They are limited in design and I was wondering if there is any way to purchase the wires to make my own creations.

There used to be some available through Janns/Netcraft... But they were pulled long ago. I bought 100 and they are long gone.

Doubtful, even if you were able to buy it you still need a method to bend it.
Allen
The ends were annealed 3/4 of an inch to let you bend the swivel loop.

a buddy of mine has lived and died by the terminator brand... so when i started making my own, to fit his needs i found some old terminators melted off the head and poured my mold on that wire for him. as for bending ....its an art formi ruined 3 frames but think i got it down now. the trick is to head the wire with a torch and SLOWLY bend to shape. once in the shape you want it submerse in water immediatly

I'd like to hear the step by step process to bending and heating this wire...![]()

used a torch (yellow map gas) it heats faster. held the frame in place with a vice you'd use for fly tying. then heated the area to be formed or bent until it glows red (hotter is not better it will blow through) remove flame bend slow and slight, repeat until it is shaped in a maner you are happy with quench and there ya goi ruined 3 frames before i found the boundries of the frame dont rush and it'll be good i've seen your work and ability to fabricate i have faith

But you never seen any of my torch work...![]()
I'm refering to the wire in the link posted above... How to make a spinnerbait wire from that. Seems like making the "R" bend could be a booger as it is not slight at all.

the way you tinker with molds i'm sure your just fine with a torch
i've never used perfectly straight wire but i have made the r bend in them. by bend in small increments i mean slightly bend reheat bend some more. i cheated on the R bend and used the shaft a f screwdriver to "wrap" the titanium around. make the bend. just don't get over excited and try and bend to much at a time
Sounds like more work than I'm willing to do..
