    The Resurrection Of Some Baits

This is some of the roughest looking baits that I have painted so far. The owner told me to do the best that I could do on them. He said that they didnt have to be perfect, He just wanted to see them brought back to life for his son to be able to fish with them.

    Nice!

The original pattern on that trap is my all time favorite.

    Re: (Vodkaman)

    Thanks guys !!

These were definately a challenge, but that gets my juices flowing. He said that I might want to throw them away after seeing them. I was amazed at the shape of the Lucky 13, but a little wood filler goes a long way.

Thanks Dave, I will try to get a shot of his response.

    Appreciate the kind words!!

Re: The Resurrection Of Some Baits (bassman52)

    Thanks Again Guys!!

A lot of hard work went into those baits. I have two blisters on my right thumb, from sanding the Lucky 13 alone!! I gave the lures back to him this morning and he was Amazed at the finish!! He said that he knew that a couple of those belonged to his grandpa, No telling how old some of them were. I didnt get to take pics of his expressions, as they have gotten real strict about having cell phones out at our work.

    Appreciate the nice comments!!
