If you are only making a few for personal use try some high temperature silicone. Tackleunderground woul be the best place to look for mold tutorials. Hi-Tech is hit or miss and Shawn Collins lead time is all over the place for custom molds so for just a couple jigs I would try the cheap silicone route first. There is a company in NY that will make you a silicone cast most for like $30 that is only good for like 500 pours but for personal use it is worth it.

yeah is collins open. I have been waiting 3 years for my molds.
I sent him an email yesterday and got a response today! I always had my molds in about 3 weeks, but the he shut it down a while ago!
custom jigs and spins in New york wil make a silicone mold for you for about $35.
you can buy the silicone yourself and learn to make them for about $125. Buy it from Poly Tek.

I've had to wait a few times but Collins is the best when you get one.
Ron hammontree owns hi tec lure molds.. I was over at his house yesterday and he is covered up..
