They were a Pac Bay hook latch. Not sure who is carrying them in stock.
Swampland has two drop shot type keepers on this page. The bottom one is similar to what you want.

i have a buddy of mine make them from stainless memory wire. pretty easy from what he says.
Swampsland's will work unless the Dude's buddy wants to sell about 20 of them for a buck a piece.
It was a Pac Bay item and they discontinued the product.
