Hey guys, recently had the tip on my Vendetta 7'3 Medium Heavy pop off during a tournament. Abu wants me to send the rod back but I need the rod for an up coming tournament and dont have time to send it in. Anyways I was wondering if you knew the size I needed for a replace. Thanks!
Walmart has a kit that contains 3 tips plus the hot glue. Chances are one of the 3 will work for you. If nothing else, use one that is close, fish your tournament, pull the tip back off then send it in.

Already tried the walmart kit from berkley. Surprisingly all were too big, even the smallest one was considerably bigger.
you got a local tackle shop close by,,, most of the time they will have what you need .. if you was close i could fix it for you
if you can measure the tip, you could probably order it from janns netcraft and have it in 2-3 days. they are in maumee.
better check with abu before you glue another one on they might get all picky about that and void your warranty
Did you lose the tip? Did it come unglued? If you still have the tip, check and see if it will go back on and reglue it.

Kyle usually with Janns if I order it in the morning, before 1pm, I get it next day or in two days. Never hurts to order a dozen or so in a few different sizes with the glue and a lighter to keep stashed away in the boat
