Solix 12 G3N not detecting 360

Hello,
I had a onix die so replaced it with a new solix 12 g3n to run my original 360. The Solix does not detect the 360. Power is 13v and running 4.210. I can hear the 360 power up. Ive tried different power up orders and changed ethernet cables (the 360 goes direct to the solix). I've waited an hour to see if i'm just impatient. I haven't used the 360 in over a year (due to the onix being temperamental) so not discounting that it could be faulty (it was working prior to the onix failing). Any troubleshooting steps to take before I throw more money at it?

In the 4.210 software notes:

• Support for AS 360 SSI, AS 360 TM, AS 360 TM UL has been removed from this software. There is no effect on MEGA 360 products.

thanks, just came across this. I'm guessing there is no way to roll back?

In the notes:

• Once 4.210 is installed, the factory recovery will be updated to 4.210. You will not be able to recover back to previous software versions.
