    I have the 25.00 version on my 122sv running a lvs 32, would the newer updates help me that much. I am still having problems picking up my bait from when it hits the water and getting to my target.,

    I havent updated in awhile. Im on v 19.2. Are the newer versions beneficial?

    Is Echomap software compatible with Ultra units? I have tried to i downgrade my 102sv from v28. to v20. Downgrade was successfull, but touch screen doesn't work. I can't push OK button on device start. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

    Yes, the update for Echomaps covers the Ultras. Maybe install the update again to correct your issue with the touch screen. I've personally never had any type of issues when updating, either forward or backward versions.

    I have tried to downgrade to v20 later to v19.2. Same issue with touchscreen. But when I came back to v28. touch screen was working again...

    Maybe contact Garmin to ask if there were known touchscreen issues with those versions for the Ultra units.

    I've tried the force update but it doesn't work. It's there how to instructions incase I'm doing something wrong? File is on a sd card. Unit is echomap ultra 122sv w/lvs34.

    Well it will work with the update from garmin website but trying to revert back to the 27.10. When I download the update from above updates it won't let me do the force update. That's what I was wanting to know. Do I have to do something different with the above updates to get it to work correctly.

    There is a certain way to make your unit do a forced update. Some units you hold the "4" button and power it on. Not sure about the 126sv model.
