Volunteer Boats (Gallatin) is about the only one that comes to mind on the electronics. They could also take care of the repower. Nashville Marine (Lebanon) could handle the repower as well.
Never used either dealer, but both are pretty highly regarded in the area.

Just a suggestion, I see you’re in Calvert City Ky. Fastbass Marine can handle all of your needs from electronics to new engine as well.
Not sure if Anderson Marine does electronics but I've heard good things about them.
Not sure about the repower, but Hitec in Benton, KY is supposed to be good on the electronics and you have Jeta nearby as well.
