This is a buddies boat. He just got the break In completed. Here is the issue... At 54mph it starts walking really badly. Uncontrollably. 21p prop. 5" below pad. Can this be fixed? Has alot of motor left and can't use it

raise engine to 3.5 below or so

That’s a lot of HP for a 18ft tin boat. When I had a 18 ft tin and a 115 hp it was very trim sensitive. Weight distribution may be key
