I have a 21 foot boat so I dont have your answer for certain
But do the math The boat its self is 20'5" and a 10 inch jackplate and say 6 inches of trolling motor overhang that's 21'9" leaving you 15" for the motor & prop
its not likely to fit in your 23 foot space

My garage is 23'4" deep and I have to turn the boat at about a 5-10 degree angle to make it fit. It fits within one parking spot.

It’s 23’ 11”” with the swing tongue and the motor on the transom saver. I’m thinking trimmed all the way down it may squeeze in if angled a bit. Btw my bay is a single for my boat.
