Own many (8) Lowrance Live graphs with 2 ghosts, 2 AT2, etc. Lowrance customer for past 20+ yrs.
It took me 3 hours and 13 minutes on the phone today to get an answer on my Live 16 issue.
First human contact was at 2 hrs and 10 minutes. Every time I call 22-35 in the Que. Then after a long time explaining my problem I was transferred to "warranty division".
This used to be 10-30 minutes on phone. Plus the result was not what I have experienced in the past either.
I think the next boat gets Garmin.
Getting bought by Brunswick sure didn't help their CS.
