    By chance any of you AR fellas know what the water is like below the dam?

    Will be heading down to Copper Johns resort with the family for Memorial day weekend and some fishing the White.
    Do any of you know what the river looks like below the dam?
    Copper Johns is right down from the state park.

    I was on the White 5/9-5/11 out of Gaston's. They were running some water but not a ton, enough for us to get to the dam. Fishing was tough and the crowds were out in full force, it's starting to get pretty bad with the amount of guides out there.

    Out of curiosity are you hiring a guide or bringing a boat? If bringing a boat what's your setup?
