One of my power poles will go up when it's not in the water but every time I use it in the water it won't raise. I have to drive and drag it until it finally raises. Any ideas? I plan on calling customer service tomorrow.

I have the same issue.
They asked me to run a diagnostic, but in the yard it works fine. I have to get back on the water to get a diagnostic.
That’s probably what they’ll have you do.

sounds like its binding at full extension When deploy at home not really extending much.

Also having the same issue on both poles.
lower pivot bolts too tight possibly causing a binding at the pivot bolt at full extension
