They just replaced a pair of Fantails for free. Frame got crushed, lens popped out and chipped. Was going thru the “Are these things repairable?” dilemma and they informed me they’d repair under warranty (>7 years). They sent me a new pair within days.

They did just go up in price but the quality and service make them worth it to me

Majority of quality sunglass manufacturers have great warranties, Costa isn’t alone here. Glad you had a good experience with Costa.

Love costa warranty but hate when they have issues giving me the UPS tracking number.
I had to complain twice about it. Finally, they gave it out two weeks later.

but other than that, I will still buy them, just will have to flight for UPS tracking number to be send to my inbox.

I have used the warranty service a few times and they have always taken very good care of me.

Especially the first claim. I called and actually spoke with a person.

I fessed up and admitted that I stepped on the glasses and broke the hinges and inquired about cost to repair.

The lady laughed and said it was rare that a customer admitted fault. Told me to return them to her attention and she would take care of it.

In a few days I received a new pair free of charge.

I tried super glue multiple times and it worked for a few weeks, then failed too.

I sent in a pair for warranty last year. They were about 4 years old, but had been broken for a couple years. The frame name is escaping me right now, but the earpieces get very thin toward the end. The warranty service was great. Full replacement, no cost. However, I fully expect to have the problem again. In the meantime, I bought a pair of Maui Jims. In my opinion the lenses are superior on the Mauis. I’ll keep the Costas as a backup, but Maui will be my go to going forward.

Costa clarity and warranty continues to keep me as a customer. I like many of you have issues with the plastics delaminating. It's caused by sweat for me as I wear them from sun up to sun down.
Been fishin' since I was 5 years old...Thanks Grandpa!

I have had great luck with Costas. I only use the 580 P for the protection factor. I wear them ALL the time, and am VERY satisfied with the service.

I have never had an issue with sweat related issues. One of the main reasons I switched to Costa from Oakly MANY YEARS ago. My 3 favorite lens colors are, Green Mirror (99%) of the time, Blue Mirror. and the Sunrise Silver Mirror are the best for low light!

I agree. I have three pairs of Costas and all of them the rubber came off or splitting. I have old sunglasses from the WM fishing section and the rubber is still on the glasses. The WM pair is 12 years old.

I've always had great experiences with they're customer service. Think I've gotten 3-4 brand new pairs over the past few years. Each time I told them I did not have the receipt and they did not care. When my wife broke hers they said they did not make them anymore and just pick a replacement pair/model.

They pretty much told me to pound sand. I tried to buy the rubber pieces on the nose and ear pieces. They don’t make my model any more. Told me I could get a discount on anew pair. I’ve got over $400 in mine with the script. A new different model does me no good
There’s no use being stupid if you’re not willing to show it off.

I love my Costa North Turns. Got a hairline crack in one lens, but they dont offer the model anymore. They offered me a different pair in exchange, but just didnt have anything close to my old ones, so I just kept them. I guess I cant expect them to offer the same models for the rest of my life.
