Carpet Glue?

I need to put in some new carpet. I did my old boat about 15 years ago, and used Henry's Outdoor carpet glue, but don't remember the number. There are several different numbers of this brand, so wanted to make sure I got the right one. Thanks

I've done several boats in the last 15 years and always used Henry's 263, very good adhesive.

I use weldwood Contact cement and it has always worked well and held up for many, many years.

To remove the old glue what would be the best method?

would use a sanding machine at a certain point
