ultrex can't deploy

my ultrex is stuck it wont release when i pull the cable HELP!! Thanks

The pull rope is not releasing the latch inside the mount. Hard to say what is not working inside the mount but it could be a couple of things. Have to be able to look at it to see what is wrong. It would tale a notebook to describe what to look for. Best to bring to an ASC.
