Will a 99 Johnson 200 ocean pro power head fit a 99 Johnson 150 lower unit and be direct fit.the ocean pro is a 25 inch shaft and need my 20 inch shaft on bass boat.or could I swap lower units.

No to direct fit. First the powerhead adapter housings are very different. Second the midsection casting is different length, meaning there is not a removeable extension between a 20” and 25” shaft.
