Can anyone please tell me what actuator replaces the factory original? Or a rebuild kit. I believe it is a Tie Down Engineering lp70, but I am unsure what the replacement would be.

There is no drop in replacement for a TDE 70lp. You have to buy a new swing tongue from Ranger that is set up for a UFP A60.
They do make replacement master cylinders and some parts are still available, but not all the parts.
I just bought this for my 2008 Z520 Ranger Trailer and had a shop replace it. Bought the boat with the brakes not fully working correctly and had the shop get it all working properly again. That kit is not a drop in replacement like stated above, so the shop did charge me like an extra $150 to swap all of the new parts in. Luckily the previous owner had replaced a bunch of the hub and brake parts, but not the actuator. It wasn't cheap, but it works correctly now.
