1998 175 FastStrike, no spark on port bank

J175GLEC. This engine came to me as a project.
Hasn't been ran in 14 years and I expect it had the same problem then as it does now. Compression, etc is great. It will not emit spark on the port bank at all.
I don't have an ohm meter and somebody permanently borrowed my multimeter....so I'm kind on blind. But I am very familiar with these engines, and i do have a fully dressed powerhead on another parts motor that's blown that I needed to strip anyway. So, here's what's been done so far, with no change in the spark condition-
    1) swapped the pack and coils
    2) tested the shift switch
    3) swapped the stator
What's left other than the rectifier? Lol? What else is there? I felt good about the stator, but it didn't help.

Check the timing disk for broken slots and try a different EET.
