    EZ lube axle repair

I've got a tandem trailmaster trailer with 3500lb, ez lube spindles. I am looking for a repair sleeve that will work. 1.68". Cant seem to find anything to work. Next, do i have someone weld in new spindles or just replace the entire axle.
What have others done when they cant keep the grease in or water out. 1 wheel is the worst.

If you are looking for the spindle sleeve, the below fits my EZ Loader and has the hole already drilled for the EZ Lube system:

UFP/Dexter Axle Wear Sleeve/Ring with Lube Hole, Stainless Steel, 2900-3700 lb Axles - New UFP Part # 060-036-00 (trailerandtruckparts.com)

That replaces the existing sleeve on my trailer and has a 1.68" outside diameter.

That is what i am looking for, only thing i worry about is that my axle doesnt currently use a wear sleeve but i would use this as a repair sleeve. my spindle measurement is currently 1.68

These are 1.68" ID by 1.72 OD. You'll need the different ID seals for using them:

CONTINENTAL Spindle Wear Sleeve (3500 lb. Axles) #22-BAWS1685 503-9002 (easternmarine.com)

There are other options out there in that size, it's somewhat of a common situation.

EDIT: Looks like a forum sponsor has one matching your needs, and also at a little better price:
