Yep its sad
I work at BPS and we sell a ton of reels. Based on your criteria, I would say that a Curado 200M or the Curado 200DC would be a great choice.
I use about a dozen BPS PQs & 8 or so Daiwa Tatulas No Issues Either Brand.. The PQers are 12/15 years old and built like a Tank.. Cleaned & Lubed every year or 2 maybe and but still Going Strong..
Shimano Curado is very hard to beat for the money.
Shimano Chronarch is going for $299. Great reel.
Curado for a couple of dollars less.
Not sure if they fall into wide spool category.
Ranger Z-20, Yamaha F225.
Spool width doesn't contribute to casting distance, spool diameter (spool height) does. A cheap, long casting reel is the Lew's BB1 Pro ($160'ish of Ebay new). For everything else, consider buying JDM reels (Daiwa or Shimano) of a reputable JDM site like Digitaka.com. You will save SIGNIFICANT money. Keep your orders under $800 at a time though to avoid potential customs delays (shipping is free anyway). You're looking at Shimano Metaniums (100 size) at about the $270 range, or Daiwa Zillions at about $230ish (as an example).
Daiwa tatula with your rod preferences
You can get a Shimano Antares for 343 at Digitaka. Arguably one of the best bait cast you can get and maybe nothing will out cast it.
Lowe Tahiti Deck Boat- Fish, Ski, Lounge- Rain or Shine
Matthew 7:7- Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you
Tatula, I have 28 of them. That's how much I like them.
What is JDM?
Of the reels I own the tatula sv is my favorite.

While they're great reels, I don't think any of the Daiwa SV (and I assume Shimano DC--I haven't used them) suggestions fit the bill for casting distance. I love my Zillion SVs and Tatula SVs, but they're made for control, not distance. My old Type Rs are bomb casters, but of course they're not made anymore. If I were in this spot, I'd be looking at the Tatula Elite--a reel purpose built for distance casting.

Curado for me. Have almost every version. New ones are great. Still using some I bought in 80s.
sorry for the loss. My data is dated but
every bottom bouncing rig I love is a shimano metanium reel on a Loomis NRX rod or Kistler zbone
every top water or crankin reel I love is an Abu Premier over different generations.
Every diawa I owned is gone; even when I supertuned them. Excpetion is two old spinning reels that keep delivering the business.
