Mercury 224 Efi....new problems...Don can you help...

Don can you help,
took the boat out yesterday and the guardian went off. Here is some back ground on the boat. Didnt use for about 6 months, drained gas and changed fuel filter about a month ago went out for a little bit and found no water coming out the back, set for another 3 weeks until i have time to mess with again, solve the no pee hole water issue, took it out yesterday 4 beeps then if i keep it running the guardian kicked in and shut rpm down with continuous warning. Got back to ramp and killed four more beeps, but since was not on plan no continuous warning. Checked the oil tank under cowling, full. Any suggestions on what i should check? At ideal had 3 psi of pressure and 15 or so psi at wot before the guardian kicked in.

Four beeps is an indication of WATER IN FUEL or LOW OIL LEVEL IN THE ENGINE MOUNTED TANK.

Remove water separator and pour contents into a glass jar to see if water separates out.

Check oil level in engine mounted tank. Don't rely on "external readings".... open the cap and LOOK inside. There should be ABSOLUTELY NO AIR PRESENT- the tank should be COMPLETELY full.
