What is everybody's favorite swim jig rod? I was using a Shimano Poison Adrena 6'11" m+ but lately I have been using a G Loomis NRX+ 843c MBR. Really enjoy fishing the MBR. What's yall's favorite?

Throw a lot of 1/4 and 5/16 swim jigs. Have two mbr843, one a glx the other a nrx. Love them both.
Megabass P5 Daemos or Daiwa Steez Utility Player
Dobyns champion 734
Megabass XX Diablo-Spec R Gen 2. I still prefer it for swimjigs over the P5's.

I know it might be an outlier, but the Steez Moving Bait Versatile would be a good choice.
The Steez AGS 7'2" Medium Moving Bait Versatile is my go to swim jig rod for 1/4 oz up to 3/8 oz. If I go 3/8 or 1/2 oz in heavier cover, the 73MH Utility Player is a great option in the Steez family.

What kind of cover are you fishing? I’m curious because the rods you’ve mentioned are m+ to MH.
Typically, the waterways where I fish have a decent amount of eelgrass, cabbage, and coontail contained in localized areas of the waterways. However, there are very few bodies of water that feature extensive lily pads or wild rice. Should I choose to fish in such dense cover and desire to use lighter (1/4-3/8oz) Uoze Swimmers, I would attach the lighter swim jigs to the more powerful rods as many of these JDM rods have the ability to present a wide spectrum of lure weights effectively. For example, the MB X7 Diablo Fast Move is versatile enough to present the 1/4oz Uoze Swimmer and attached trailer if the cover conditions warrant such a change in lure usage, e.g. the fish want a smaller profile lure in heavier cover situations.
Finally, if I were to fish in the dense wild rice fields of Leech Lake with a swim jig, it would be wise for me to use my two Tulala Monstruo Concept Destruction 74MHC rods. Although they're rated for up to 2oz, they have exceptionally responsive tips that can precisely cast a 1/4oz Uoze Swimmer and trailer to any reasonable distance, ensuring a successful catch with such a lightweight lure. In essence, I would base my choice of rods and lures on the fishing conditions rather than committing to a specific rod and lure combination before hand whenever possible.

Champion 734c is pretty good and easy to find...I throw spinnerbaits and chatterbaits on it as well. Just wish it was a little bit more sensitive.

That 843 MBR NRX is one hell of a swim jig rod ..

I use a Dobyns Kaden 714 for swim jigs and chatterbaits. It has a nice limber tip that seems to stop me from ripping the bait away from them.
Champion 734 and Toadface… both serve other purposes as well and so are good, versatile rods to have on deck.
