Changing trim motor on 250xs....

Any tips/tricks on how to change the trim motor? I'm having probems figuring out how to run the wires through the small hole in the lower cowl?

Remove the starboard side of your lower cowling (4 bolts), just don't forget to unplug the trim switch. That provides easy access to the hole the wire needs to go through.
