A little advise I could give you, unless you are retired, dont work exe, is to pick one or the other. Either make jigs or plastics. I have the stuff to do both, and dont have the time for both. I enjoy plastics more than anything. Dont need much to pour a few yourself. You can re-melt your old plastics, or buy the stuff to make new. You can google Barlows, Jann Net Craft, Lurecraft, Bobs Baits, Del Mart Molds exe. For more information.

use the search feature on this site and at tackle underground web site. And unless you think you will really stick with it, just avoid it. Lure making gets to be addictive.

I do jigs. Reason is, they cost a lot to be throwing into heavy cover. Make my own, buy the trailers. Initial start up is maybe $100-150 (?), but once you get the basic stuff, you're limited only by your imagination. YES, it is addicting, but it gives you something to do when you have free time. I pour a bunch of heads, then paint and skirt them as I need them. I get most of my stuff from Jann's. (guys there are really helpful, on the phone and in person.) Lot's of other good places, too.

    Read through this one.
