Making Plastic Baits

I have some time on my hands now all the lakes are frozen and i would like to try my hand at making my owm Senko style baits.Who makes the best molds and injectors? Is plastic sold in different densitys(weights).How hard is it to and color and flake.My favorite Senko is a smoke,black,blue with a gold fleck is something like this possible with with this molds.
